(Temporary Backup) Week 1

I knew it was going to be hot, but this is crazy 😜

Another lovely black sky that came to nothing. This is my view out my back door.

This little guy and his friends are living 🐸 in my bathroom.  I have plugged up all the drain holes so that the 🐍  don’t come to their raucous calling!!

We headed out to the ‘pound’ to visit a couple of important indigenous sites. We had a BBQ which included kangaroo 🦘 tails.  Ewwwww

One of the Elders told us about the Giant Kingfisher Dreamtime story that featured these holes.

One of my cute little playgroup children with his grandma.

This is the entry to Nuns cave. In the past there was a mission in this area. The nuns would go into the cave where is was cooler to pray. There is a prayer table still in the cave. They entered at ground level.

This is the entrance that the Nuns would have used to enter.

Toothbrushes ready for the start of school tomorrow.
The children are given breakfast and lunch at school and are given time to brush their teeth.
